These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, chatbot software, Workspace platform, and managed services provided by A1 Ai Digital ("A1 Ai Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Our Services

A1 Ai Digital provides an AI chatbot plugin, an AI-powered Workspace platform, and optional done-for-you managed services (website, SEO, advertising, email and related marketing services). Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or managed-services agreement.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing to a service.

3) Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trials

Paid plans are billed on the cycle disclosed at checkout (e.g. per month or per year). Where a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no long-term contract is required unless separately agreed in writing.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.

5) Your Content & Business Information

You retain ownership of the business information, content and data you provide to configure your chatbot or Workspace. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the services for you.

6) Third-Party AI Providers & Integrations

Our chatbot connects to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) using API credentials you supply, and our Workspace may connect to third-party services (such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp or SuiteCRM) that you authorize. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7) Intellectual Property

A1 Ai Digital and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to our software, platform, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you beyond the limited right to use the services as intended.

8) Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses are based on the business information you provide; while we design our chatbot to avoid inventing prices or facts, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it commercially.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Ai Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services and cancel any subscription at any time.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
